Royalty Sonesta

Disha and Nando's wedding sparkled at the Royal Sonesta hotel located in Cambridge, MA. on May 29, 2016. With the backdrop of the Charles River, the groom and family made their grand entrance arriving by boat to the Charlesgate Yacht Club. The boys from BSL led the excited baraat with Ravi on the Dhol.

The mandap by Alankar and flowers by Poppy, filled the grand ballroom with majestic beauty. The wedding party, consisting of 9 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen, were captured wonderfully by Greg Brett Photography and Films with Heart.

Hair and make up by Shreni Patel and her team assured all the ladies looked like royalty.

The hindu ceremony was followed by a catholic ceremony. As the bride walked down the aisle with her father, one of her good friends, William Pruit III, sang Crazy Love by Brian McKnight. His powerful voice gave everyone goosebumps.

The cocktail hour led to a magnificent reception where the couple along with friends and family danced the night away. Mint to be loved being part of this event. Working with Disha and Nando, who don't live nearby, meant all communication was done via phone, emails, and the web! We created a customized detailed timeline for their special day that ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. At times, we were even running ahead of schedule! Reconfirming all their vendors and working closely with the excellent hotel staff resulted in a day fit for a king and queen. We are so happy for Disha and Nando and wish them a lifetime of happiness.
