Ayesha + Balaji // Love is the best prescription

There is nobody better than a doctor that will tell you that the heart is the most important organ in your body. It is the heart that allows you to fall in love. And when you have a couple of whom are both doctors, you know instantly that it was the hearts of not only them, but their family and friends that made their entire celebration come together. The following is the story of Ayesha and Balaji and their two day wedding celebration at the Boston Park Plaza. There were moments of this wedding that we will forever cherish. For example, during the Father Daughter dance, TV screens projected an old video of the bride and her father dancing while she was a baby; there weren't enough napkins to pass around. Or the moment when the bride and groom exchanged vows, and the heavy eyes of the groom just couldn't let up.

Sometimes in the grind of weddings, we become too involved in the execution of the event that we lose sight of some of the smiles that are exchanged between each other. However, there wasn't a single moment during this celebration where we also couldn't feel the love from the parents, family, friends and our gorgeous bride and groom.

Please watch this amazing trailer and all the photos below masterfully captured by our friends at Fern and Feather Studios.

Just how amazing does our couple looking in their sangeet outfits?

Once the sangeet started, it got rather emotional pretty quickly.

Of course no sangeet would be complete without some dancing.

The next morning the bridesmaid share a quick laugh with our princess as she gets ready for her big day.

I loved her first

Nothing like a first look in the infamous Boston Commons.

Boston Sound and Light Company led the baraat charge shutting down a Main Street in Boston.

An absolute jaw dropper of a mandap setup from our dearest friends at Oluxe.

DJ Dee and DJ Yogz from Boston Sound and Light Company dropped the tunes, and the crowd danced the night away
